How do we overcome these self-defeating habits? We begin to create something new by stepping away from these behaviors, facing whatever fears we were running from to begin with, and trust God for the rest...

All things which were taught to me as a child. It wasn't until life became really painful that I began to examine what I had created. Since then, it has been a process of un-learning, re-creating, listening to my own truth...
