Matters of the heart

Love can be our greatest achievement.

If you think you've already mastered it,

then ask yourself two questions: 

"do I love myself ?" 

"do I love all others?".
 

 

- Love comes from a heart that is free of judgment.

 - The heart resurrects only when we've let go of old hurts

and when we have found self-forgiveness.

- The heart expands when we find compassion for ourselves. 

 - When we have accepted ourselves without any perimeters,
then our heart will extend itself graciously to the world...
