The last three years have felt like a double whammy. First I experience chronic pain in both my knees (which I still have) and no doctor can find the source of it (still). Then the pandemic hits. Hmmm... What gifts can I pull from these experiences? I would say it has been three years of ego smashing. All the false parts of myself continue to fall away. Compassion and empathy deepen. Faith grows stronger. And truth sustains me. The truth that this will all pass except for the gifts I will be taking forward...
