Having great courage

Courage, it would seem, is nothing less than the power to overcome danger, misfortune, fear, injustice, while continuing to affirm inwardly that life with all its sorrows is good; that everything is meaningful even if in a sense beyond our understanding; and that there is always tomorrow.

Courage has many different faces.

Courage is getting back up when life knocks you down.

Being afraid and doing it anyways.

Not letting fear of failure hold you back.

Making changes...letting go...trying new things.

Looking at yourself and your life honestly.

Risking your heart to love again and again.

Being vulnerable and authentic.

Courage doesn't always roar.
Sometimes courage is the little voice...
at the end of the day...
that says I'll try again tomorrow.
