simplest things...
a walk on the beach at sunset,
nourishing food,
a warm bubble bath.
I find
myself...
thinking less about the past or
the future...
living more in the
moment.
A deeper sense of purpose
emerges as time passes...
a more meaningful, joy-filled
life...
a daily commitment to my healing process...
and a
dedication to helping others with
theirs.
