Trusting the process

 

Don't be disheartened if you're not where you'd like to be...

 if you've been working on self-improvement...

but feel like you're not getting anywhere...

know that being patient is part of the process.

You can't grow faster than you already are...

 but it doesn't mean that you not moving forward.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other...
have faith that all your hard efforts will pay off.
