Co-dependency

Old hurts

Opening the places in us where we've stored
our pain, anger, and sadness is how we heal.
Holding onto hurt freezes the pain inside us
and then bleeds into every aspect of our life...

every layer of our life that is built on falseness, 

be stripped from us. Beneath falseness is truth.

Truth walks us out the prison door to freedom...

 for the extra nudges when I've gotten got stuck.

 

 for letting me fall when I needed to.

Some simple truths

 

Resistance is the cause of pain and suffering. Acceptance = peace.

The stories in your mind are false. They are fabricated by your imagination. If there's a frightened child in you, your mind will play negative, scary stories.

 

Your life is a direct reflection of your thoughts. Your thoughts are based on what you believe and how you feel about yourself.

 

The key ingredient for achieving your dreams is determination. You will only fail if you give up before the miracle happens...
