Count your blessings

******

Here are some wonderful things I've heard about gratitude:

If "thank you" is the only prayer you ever say, it will be enough.

Gratitude is the antidote for fear and anger- both can't exist at the same time.

Whatever you appreciate, will multiply.

Expand your life by taking the focus off yourself and giving to others.

Guilt, shame, anger and resentments constrict your body- gratitude opens you up.

Life happens for me, not to me.

Trade expectation for appreciation.

Don't live in lack. Treat everything you have as a gift!

I long to accomplish a great and noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish small tasks as if they were great and noble.
