Loving who you are

Loving myself means...
I won't compare myself to others.
If there are things...

 about myself I'm unhappy with...

I can change them.

As I work to create change...

I will not judge myself...

but instead...

I will be loving, patient, and kind.

“Your task is not to seek for Love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers
within yourself that you have built against it.”

- Rumi

"I love myself unconditionally"

  1. Debbie, I saw you read the book "Reconciliation: Healing the Inner Child" by Thich Nhat Hanh. Is it to much if I ask you to scan and send me the book, if you still have it? (and if you have a scanner).

    Thank you,

PS: Please pray for me so that I get closer to God, so that all my need for love will be in His hands.

  2. I'm sorry I don't have that book, although I love Thich Nhat Hahn. Have you done any inner chid any other books? I can recommend one that helped me, if you'd like. God bless...

  3. No. Yes, you can recommend me.

  4. The first book I ever read was "Healing the child within by Charles Whitfield". It opened up a new world of awareness for me and I have been on the path of self-discovery ever since. I hope this is helpful for you too!
