Reacting from fear

For me, fear is often the inner voice...
 that speaks the loudest.
I have learned that my first thought...
is not always my best one,
especially if I am feeling afraid at that moment.
I make healthier decisions...
when I take time to process my feelings...
 before I react.
Just because I think something is true...
doesn't mean it is.
Fear is never a voice of reason.

Sometimes we must do the very thing we don't want to,
to overcome fear.

  2. Yes, a couple of times I had to overcome my fear by doing something I was afraid of, and afterwards I learned that I can do pretty much anything; I was very happy learning that fear doesn't always protect you from something bad, that sometimes fear hides your inner strength and blocks your free will through a false belief that you can not do something.
