Sharing honestly

It's fun to use a white gel pen. Works best on dark colors.

Ever have a good gripe session with a trusted friend or spouse, to release frustration? If not, try it. It's good therapy. I'm not talking about being a victim and playing the blame game. The purpose of venting isn't to hurt anyone. It's to get real about your feelings. Do you try to hide parts of yourself, only showing people what you think they'd approve of? Stop the craziness. Own your feelings. Having good self-esteem comes from accepting yourself completely, instead of trying to be perfect. So if you've been holding back, afraid to share honestly, it may be time for a gripe session.

My shabby chic Charlie Brown tree.
I used tea bags to dye her body, then baked her in the oven to give her the love-worn look.
