Living in abundance

I have released old negative beliefs about lack.

Today I have a more positive attitude.

My new belief is...

"I have everything I need"

I create an abundance of happiness by...

making healthy choices...

keeping a good attitude...

remembering "I am worthy".

Living to the fullest

I could easily whittle away an entire day playing when I was young. The simplest things like collecting pretty rocks, playing paper dolls, or picking flowers was a great source of entertainment. I enjoyed visiting my grandparents in the summertime. They would let me play to my heart's content.  Every day brought a new adventure. I always had a good imagination. It would transport me off into my own little world. These were my happiest childhood memories.

The little girl who loved to play is still in me. I can easily spend a whole day doing what I love. My newest hobby is growing herbs, sprouts and micro-greens. I live in a condo so I had to create some space for my new adventure.

What kind of things did you love to do as a child? Treat yourself to a day of play. It's soothing for the soul. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Go have fun.

Abundance

Look at her...watching, watching, watching...

Loving myself means...

I enjoy the gifts that life offers me...

knowing that I am worthy.

I open my arms widely...

to abundance...

allowing the blessings to flow in.

Feelings of gratitude...

fill my heart.

Creating abundance

Loving myself means...

I have released old negative beliefs about lack...

lack of love, money...

Today I  have a more positive attitude.

My new belief is...

"I have everything I need"

I create an abundance of happiness by...

remembering "I am worthy".

successful thoughts and cancel all negative,
destructive, fearful and unhappy thoughts.
These two types of thought cannot coexist if
you want to share in the abundance...

Less is more

See the dragonflies in the background?

*******

I don't know about your clothes closet, but mine's a mess. Too many things (of course, I never feel like I have anything to wear). It's difficult to make choices when everything's squeezed so tightly together. So I'm cleaning out my closet, letting go of jeans that won't go over my butt anymore and outdated shirts that are so tight, they make me look like I'm all boobs.

After a good cleaning, I feel great. More space to breathe. Clutter overwhelms me. There's a saying "less is more". Took me awhile to get what that meant. Abundance isn't about having more, it's about being content with less. That's my goal today. How do you define abundance?

Taken last year. I've yet to get my first dragonfly snapshot for this year. The little guys must be slugging down energy drinks or I'm getting slower.
