Leaning into life

Imagine how much easier life would be if we didn't judge or label everything.
Whether you're aware of it or not, your mind is busy determining what's
right or wrong, what's good or bad. .

Can you trust that everything is just as it's suppose to be? Remember that our
minds are very limited so when things don't look as we think they should,
we meet them with fear and resistance. You will find more peace when you can
lean into the experience, accepting what is, trusting the wisdom of life.

Faith- surrendering...

to the silent "knowing"...

trusting what is...

and where it's going...

believing in infinite possibilities.

Faith- a warm hug...
a feeling of being safe...
a strong belief...
in something Greater...
that is always working for your good.

The void is that place in our lives...

 where we've been clinging to for dear life . . .

is stripped away.

It's that place in us where we let go of what we know...

 what we want...

 and surrender to the unknown...

It means standing there with our hands empty for a while...

  sometimes watching everything we wanted disappear...

 our self image...

 our definition of who we thought we should be...

  the people we thought we had to have...

 the things we thought were so important to collect and surround ourselves with...

 the job we were certain was ours...

 the place we thought we'd live in all our lives. 

Surrender control.

 Step into the void with courage.

 Learn to say "I don't know".

Say "yes" to life

Saying “yes” to life will quiet 

the inner conflicts...

giving you a feeling of well-being.

Do you know that all your experiences are...

but fleeting moments...

nothing lasts forever...

allow things to be as they are.

When we let go of resistance to our circumstances...

 often things improve quickly.

Ignore the stories that fear creates about your circumstances...

just say "yes" to life instead...

tell yourself "I accept my circumstances".

Surrender is when you no longer ask...

 “why is this happening to me?”

don't struggle to find answers with your limited mind...

learn to be comfortable with "not knowing".

Say “yes” to life, accepting this moment just as it is...
